Cap. 12 Art. 552Validity of certain obligations authorized by the Court of voluntary jurisdiction to depend on registration in Public Registry.

The decree of the court shall not make valid any obligation assumed by any minor in any contract in which other parties have expressly bound themselves to indemnify such minor, unless such contract be registered in the Public Registry within one month from the date of the decree or from the day stated in the decree.
