Cap. 12 Art. 6Constitution of superior courts.

(1) The Chief Justice and President of the Court of Appeal and all other judges shall sit in the superior courts as by law provided.

(2) Besides the Chief Justice, the judges of the Superior Courts shall be thirteen or such greater number as the President of Malta may by Order prescribe.
