Cap. 12 Art. 653Time for challengingreferee for good cause.

A referee may be challenged for good cause at any time until he has filed his report, provided the party making the challenge declares upon oath that he was not aware of such cause at the time of the appointment, and that he never appeared before the referee, nor performed any act before him, from the time when he became aware of such cause.
