Cap. 12 Art. 71Executive officer to inform court of any warrant issued against an exempted person.

Where, before the execution of any warrant, it shall come to the knowledge of the executive officer that the person against whom the warrant has been issued is a person in favour of whom an exemption is granted by law, he shall, forthwith, through the registrar, or, in case or urgency, personally, report the fact to the court in order to receive such directions as may be requisite.
