Cap. 12 Art. 784Authorisation of court instead of consent of parent.

If the parent exercising parental authority, owing to absence or for other reasons, is unable or refuses to appear for his child, or is unable or refuses to give his consent for his child to sue, the requisite authorisation may be granted by the court of voluntary jurisdiction, if such court shall deem fit to grant such authorisation.
