Cap. 12 Art. 809Service of banns on presumptive heir.

The banns for the appointment of curators shall be served on the presumptive heir or heirs, if known; and if unknown such banns shall be published twice, in at least two daily newspapers, at an interval of one week between such publications, at the expense of the applicant without the need of any notification.
