Cap. 12 Art. 993Where act of contempt is committed by advocate, etc.

Any advocate, legal procurator or other officer of the court, who commits any of the acts referred to in article 991, or

994, may, in serious cases, be also forthwith condemned by the judge or magistrate to interdiction from the exercise of his profession or office for a period not exceeding one month.
