Cap. 151 Art. 3Penalties.

If any person commits an offence against any regulation made in pursuance of article 2(1), or contravenes or fails to comply with any such regulation, or any order made under such regulation, or any direction or requirement imposed under any such regulation, he shall, on conviction, be liable to imprisonment for a period not exceeding three months or to a fine (multa) not exceeding two hundred and thirty-two euro and ninety-four cents (232.94).
