Cap. 158 Art. 7Prohibition of premiums to continue as respects dwelling- houses otherwise decontrolled.

As respects grant, renewal or continuance at any time during the period of three years beginning with the appointed day or at any time after 20th June, 1979, a letting of a dwelling-house to which any of the provisions of the Rent Ordinances do not apply by reason only of the preceding provisions of this Ordinance shall be treated as one to which article 8 of the Rent Restriction (Dwelling

Houses) Ordinance (which article prohibits the requiring of premiums on the grant, renewal or continuance of a letting of any dwelling-house) applies.
