Cap. 16 Art. 1404, Duties of seller where buyer elects to repudiate contract.

In all cases in which the buyer is entitled to repudiate the contract, the seller is bound to return to him, in addition to the price if received by him, the expenses of the contract and any other lawful expense incurred in connection with the sale.
