Sub-title I
The contracts of lease made before the 1st June, 1995 shall be subject to the law as in force prior to the 1st June, 1995
sohowever that from 1st January, 2010 articles 1531C, 1531D,
1531E, 1531H, 1531I, 1531J and 1531K of this Code shall apply.
