The Rent Board may order the inspection to be done under the supervision and in the presence of a court marshal. In this function, the Rent Regulation Board shall also take into account the tenant’s right to privacy and shall verify that no abuse is made of the lessor’s right as provided in this sub-article. In such case, no appeal may be made from the said decree.
