Cap. 16 Art. 1580Adjustment of loss where lease is to continue.
Sub-title I
If after striking such balance, the aforesaid loss is found to be greater than one-half of the rent, and the lease is to continue for another year or more, it shall be lawful for the court provisionally to exempt the lessee from the payment of the rent in proportion to the loss sustained.
