Cap. 16 Art. 221Death of absentee.

If, during the period of provisional possession, the time of the death of the absentee is established, his succession shall become open in favour of such persons as at that time were his testamentary heirs or heirs-at-law, or of their successors; and the persons who have had the enjoyment of the property, shall be bound to restore it, together with the fruits, as provided in sub-article (2) of article 218.
