Cap. 164 Art. 21False evidence on oath.

Any person who gives false evidence on oath before a person duly empowered by law to administer on oath, shall be guilty of a criminal offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a term of imprisonment not exceeding two years and to general interdiction.
