Cap. 164 Art. 49Agreement with foreign countries.

The Minister responsible for the Police may enter into agreements with foreign governments providing for assistance, on the basis of reciprocity, in the implementation of witness protection programmes. For the purpose of enhancing the protection of witnesses such agreements may provide for the possibility of transferring to another country a protected witness or receiving from another country a witness admitted to a programme in that country.
