Cap. 17 Art. 2Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery.

(1) The cemetery constructed upon the hill situate within the limits of Tarxien, to the right of the slope called Tal-Palma, shall be the main burial place in Malta and every Maltese citizen shall be entitled to be buried in the said cemetery in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance and of any other relevant law.

(2) Such cemetery shall be called "The Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery".
