(1) The right of ownership over the church situate in † Valletta, between Piazza Celsi, Strada Ponente, and Strada Teatro , built at the expense of Her late Majesty Queen Adelaide, on a site granted by the Government of Malta, and destined for Divine

Service according to the rites of the Anglican Church, is, by virtue of this Ordinance, transferred to this church as now established.

(2) The ownership of the registers, library, plate and furniture appertaining to the said church, are hereby vested in the said Anglican Church.
