Cap. 191 Art. 10Waiver.

(1) A consular officer or any person for the time being shall be communicated to the Government of Malta in writing.

(2) Any immunity or privilege conferred under the provisions of articles 5, 6 and 7 of this Act may be waived in such manner as may be prescribed by the Minister in the relative order or notice.
