The Board shall establish an Audit Committee to be chaired by one of the directors who is neither the Governor nor a Deputy

Governor for the purposes of assisting it in fulfilling its responsibilities in matters related to the internal and external audit process, to the system of risk management and internal control and to the financial reporting process.
