Cap. 230 Art. 2Interpretation.

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires -

"Malta" has the same meaning as is assigned to it by section 124 of the Constitution of Malta; "order under this Act" means an order made by the Prime Minister for any of the purposes of this Act and published in the Government Gazette; "the period of summer time" in relation to any year means such period as may be specified in respect of that year in an order under this Act.
