Cap. 232 Art. 18Detention of aircraft.

Regulations or orders made under any of the provisions of this Act may provide for the detention of aircraft to secure compliance with any provision of this Act or of any regulations or order made thereunder, and may make such further provision as appears to the Minister to be necessary or expedient for securing such detention.
