Cap. 234 Art. 21Penalty for use of improper certificate. 

If the master or owner of a ship uses or attempts to use for her navigation any certificate of registry not legally granted in respect of the ship, he shall for each offence be liable to imprisonment for a period not exceeding two years or to a fine

 ( not exceeding five hundred units, or to both such multa)

imprisonment and fine; and the ship shall be liable to forfeiture under this Act.
