Cap. 255 Art. 6Persons bound by previous marriage.

A marriage contracted between persons either of whom is bound by a previous marriage , by a registered or unilaterally declared cohabitation under the Cohabitation Act or by a cohabitation enrolled by means of a public deed under the Cohabitation Act, 2020 shall be void.
