Cap. 287 Art. 2Interpretation.

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires -

"child or young person" means a person who is under the age of eighteen (18) years;

"guardian" means a tutor or curator and includes a guardian in fact;

"Minister" means the Minister responsible for justice; "public officer" has the same meaning as is assigned to it by article 124 of the Constitution.
