Cap. 296 Art. 9Seal of Land Registry.

There shall be a seal of the Land Registry and any documents purporting to be sealed with that seal shall be admissible in evidence and, unless the contrary is shown, shall be deemed, without further evidence, to be issued by or under the direction of the Land Registrar.
