Cap. 327 Art. 113Staff appointments.

(1) Subject to the provisions of the Constitution and of any other enactment applicable hereto, including this Act, any entity, acting with the concurrence of the Minister, may appoint and employ such officials and other employees which may from time to time be required for the due and efficient performance of its functions.

(2) Such appointment and employment of the said officials and employees shall be effected with such remuneration and upon such terms and conditions as the entity may, in concurrence with the Minister, from time to time, determine.
