Cap. 327 Art. 39Administrative fines.

Where, following an inquiry under the provisions of article 31, the Council finds a teacher guilty of any breach of professional conduct or of the Code of Ethics, the Council may impose such administrative fines as recommended to the Minister and that the Minister may prescribe.
