Cap. 33 Art. 41Saving for higher punishments under other laws.

The punishments prescribed by this Ordinance or any regulations made thereunder shall only apply when the fact does not constitute an offence punishable with a higher punishment under the Criminal Code, or any other law; in which case the punishment laid down in that Code or other law shall apply.
