Cap. 33 Art. 44Punishment in the case of a second offence.

Where a person, who has been convicted of an offence against the provisions of this Ordinance, or of any regulations made thereunder, commits a second like offence, he shall be liable, on conviction, to the punishment for the offence increased by two degrees, and on a third or subsequent conviction, by three degrees.
