Cap. 33 Art. 9No sale or storage of gunpowder or explosives is permitted without licence.

(1) No person shall keep for sale, or store gunpowder or explosives without a licence from the Commissioner of Police.

(2) Such licence shall be granted subject to the condition that the seller shall report to the Police any sale made by him as well as the name and address of the purchaser.
