When upon information received from the Authority, the Attorney General has reasonable cause to suspect that a person is guilty of a breach of this Act or of any other Act, the Attorney General may request the Criminal Court to issue an Attachment Order and the provisions of article 35 of the Proceeds of Crime Act shall apply.
