Cap. 330 Art. 7CRecovery and Resolution Rules.

For the better carrying out and implementation of the provisions of the First Schedule and the BRRD, the Authority, through the Resolution Committee, may, from time to time, issue and publish Recovery and Resolution Rules which shall be binding on institutions and others as may be specified therein. Such Rules may lay down additional requirements and conditions in relation to the recovery and resolution of institutions, the conduct of their business, their responsibilities, and any other matters as the Resolution Committee may consider appropriate.
