Cap. 337 Art. 36Competentcourtin certain cases.

Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law, any action for the recovery of any import duty, or of any difference of import duty, charged or chargeable under this Act shall be brought, as the case may require, before the First Hall of the Civil Court or before the Court of Magistrates (Malta) in its civil jurisdiction or before the Court of Magistrates (Gozo) also in its civil jurisdiction.
