Cap. 352 Art. 8Ship in port to be properly manned.

The master and the agents of a ship shall be responsible to ensure that the ship is at all times while she is in port properly manned as required by the Authority:

Provided that the Authority may, in writing and under such conditions as it may deem appropriate, allow a ship in port to be manned by a reduced crew.
