Cap. 355 Art. 10Resignation from the Board and publication of appointment and termination of office.

(1) A member of the Board may resign his office by letter addressed to the Minister.

(2) The appointment of any person as member of the Board and the termination of office of any such member shall be notified in the Government Gazette.
