The Corporation shall only enter into contracts for the procurement of goods, services or materials, other than petroleum, or for the execution of works, in accordance with the Public

Procurement of Entities operating in the Water, Energy, Transport and Postal Services Sectors Regulations:

Provided that the Minister may further limit the Corporation’s procurement procedures.
