With effect from the 1st March, 1995, the Director of

Social Housing may not requisition any premises under article 3:

Provided that the provisions of this Act and of article 10 of the Housing (Amendment) Act, 1989, shall continue to apply to any building in the possession of the Director of Social Housing on the 28th February, 1995.
