Cap. 363 Art. 66APrecedence for funds and special schemes.

Local Councils shall be given precedence for the application of funds and special schemes issued from time to time by the Minister or the Local Government Division on the basis of financial indicators and results, within a period of three years. This shall be done to give note and recognition to Local Council and Regional Councils who abide to the financial regulations.
