Cap. 37 Art. 75Seizures may be restored and punishments remitted by President of Malta.

When any seizure has been made, or any penalty or forfeiture incurred under this Ordinance, the President of Malta may direct the restoration of such seizure, whether condemnation has taken place or not, or waive proceedings, or mitigate or remit such penalty or forfeiture, on such terms and conditions as he may see fit.
