A financial institution licensed or registered under this Act shall provide its customers or potential customers, including in any form or medium of marketing activity or communication disseminated to the public by means of all types of media, with a statement of the fact that the financial institution is licensed or registered, as applicable, by the competent authority, together with the address of the competent authority.
