Cap. 378 Art. 85Commercial guarantee shall not exclude rights under other laws.

A commercial guarantee and any rights granted to a consumer under the guarantee shall not in any way, whether directly or indirectly, exclude or limit the rights of a consumer under this Act or under any other law. Any such exclusion or limitation stipulated in violation of this prohibition shall be null and ineffective.
