Cap. 379 Art. 3Responsibility of the Director General and the Court.

The Director General and the Court shall have the exclusive competence to apply the provisions of this Act and, for this purpose, the Director General shall exercise the responsibilities vested in the Office for Competition under article 14 of the Malta

Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority Act and under this

Act except where competences are assigned to the Court in this Act and in the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority Act:

Provided that the Director General may delegate any of his powers to any officer within the Office.
