Cap. 386 Art. 231Meetings of creditors and contributories.

(1) The dates of meetings of creditors and contributories shall be fixed and the meetings shall be summoned by the liquidator.

(2) The notices of meetings of creditors and contributories shall state the time and place appointed for the respective meetings.
