(1) When the affairs of the company have been completely wound up and the requirements of article 244 have been complied with, the court shall make an order that the name of the company be struck off the register from the date of the order.

(2) A copy of the order shall within fourteen days from the date thereof be forwarded by the Registrar of Courts to the Registrar who shall comply therewith.
