Cap. 386 Art. 27New partners.

(1) Where a person becomes a partner of an already existing partnership, he shall thereby become liable for all the obligations of the partnership, even if incurred before the date at which he becomes a partner.

(2) Any agreement to the contrary shall be of no effect with regard to third parties.
