Cap. 386 Art. 290Notice by liquidator of his appointment.

(1) The liquidator shall, within fourteen days after his appointment, deliver to the Registrar for registration a notice of his appointment stating his name and residence.

(2) If the liquidator fails to comply with the requirements of this article he shall be liable to a penalty, and, for every day during which the default continues, to a further penalty.
