Cap. 386 Art. 293Costs of voluntary winding up.

All costs, charges and expenses properly incurred in the winding up, including the remuneration of the liquidator, shall be payable out of the assets of the company in priority to all other claims, and they shall, in so far as applicable, be paid in the order of priority established under article 258, unless the court otherwise directs.
