(1) References in any other law to the Ordinance shall be construed as a reference to this Act and references in any other law to a provision of the Ordinance shall be construed, insofar as applicable, as a reference to the corresponding provision of this Act; and references in any other law to a partnership formed and registered under the Ordinance shall be construed as a reference, or as including a reference, to a commercial partnership formed and registered under this Act.

(2) The table of concordance set out in the Twelfth Schedule to this Act may be used, insofar as applicable, in determining the corresponding provisions in accordance with sub-article (1).
