Cap. 386 Art. 367Delivery of extraordinary resolutionsrelating to division to Registrar for registration.

The extraordinary resolution approving the division passed by the company to be divided and the extraordinary resolutions passed by the recipient companies together with the instruments giving effect to the division, or an authentic copy thereof, shall be delivered for registration to the Registrar who, being satisfied that the requirements of the preceding provisions of this Part have been complied with, shall register them.
